1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Beme.pk, one of Pakistan’s leading online shopping destinations. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Site and all its subsidiaries and affiliates. By accessing and using this Site, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use immediately.

Beme.pk reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided.

2. USE OF THE SITE
User Eligibility: You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

License: We grant you a non-transferable and revocable license to use the Site for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site. Commercial use or use on behalf of any third party is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by us in advance.

Accuracy of Information: Content provided on this Site is for informational purposes. Product representations, including visual appearance, are provided by vendors; actual products may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or device display settings.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. USER SUBMISSIONS
Anything that you submit to the Site (including reviews, comments, and suggestions) becomes our sole and exclusive property. 4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING
Order Refusal: Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time.

Verification: To prevent credit/debit card fraud, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details and verify your personal information before shipping the product. Failure to provide verification documents upon request within two (2) days will result in automatic order cancellation.

Pricing Errors: While we strive to provide accurate pricing, errors may occur. In the event that an item is mispriced, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation, even if the order has been confirmed and your card charged.

5. TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content on the Site, and all the website design (including text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection/arrangement) shall remain our property. All rights are reserved under Pakistan Copyright laws and international conventions.

6. TERMINATION
In addition to any other legal remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate these Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under them. Upon termination, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site. Termination shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Pakistan. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

8. SPECIAL POLICIES
IMPORTANT: CHANGE OF MIND is not applicable for any item if the parcel/packaging has been opened. We ensure all products are delivered in factory-sealed condition to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
